Judaea, Bar Kokhba Revolt
Undated, assigned to Year 3 = 134/5 CE, Tetradrachm, 14.45g. Hendin-1411, Mildenberg-72 (dies 15/56). Obv: "Simon" in paleo-Hebrew l. and r. of façade of Temple in Jersusalem; within, showbread table; above, star. Rx: "For the Freedom of Jerusalem" in paleo-Hebrew around lulav and etrog. With die break on first and second columns of the temple, reaching to the top of the showbread table. Traces of overstriking. Ex Heidelberger Münzhandlung Herbert Grün 17, 21-22 May 1996, lot 325.
